1.Can I remove item from the shopping cart?

Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item from the order.

For our popular item, it might go out of stock quickly. We will try our best to ensure the items displaying on our site will be available to our customers.

The out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded once your order is processed.

3.Can you custom make the item(s)?

4.If I want to change information (such as color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?

2.Does OhMyLadyShop ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination, if you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses.

4.Is there any additional fee or tax?

ABOUT EXCHANGES & RETURNS

1.Return and Exchange Policy:

 - If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. We do not accept returns for a reason based on personal preference. We only accept a damaged or defective item returns.

 - Items received should be unused, undamaged, and in original package with original labels or a 25% restocking fee may be applied if the blouse is used or damaged visually.

2.May I exchange an order?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@ohmyladyshop.com.

It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

8.What shipping company can I choose for return?

Usually you can use any shipping carriers to ship the parcels back. You are supposed to choose the cheaper method like postal shipping, which is best and convenient for both of us.
